I’m Josh Wayne, MPH, MSW — a Health Promotion Specialist & Behavioral Health Coach.
After reversing my own IBS and losing 30 pounds over a decade ago, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding others to restore gut health, regain energy, and live fully.

With a Masters of Public Health, I spent my studies focused on developing, implementing, evaluating and iterating evidence-based health interventions. My focus was on preventing our leading killers - Heart Disease, Cancer, and Diabetes. All claims that we make are backed by peer-reviewed research.

Wholism teaches us that your present health is determined by a host of biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that synergize to either create health or illness. We unpack your particular needs and determine the best path forward for your long-term health.

Josh works one-on-one with clients with weekly check-ins, daily touch points, and regular contact so that clients feel supported and don't have to wait weeks just to get answers from their health professionals.
All too often our medical care is determined in a vaccum. We are given reccomendations and diagnoses that fail to account for our every day life stressors. Our jobs, our families, our communities, home environment, diet, exercise, and spiritual practices. Heal is comprised of a diverse array of behaviors that come together to either support health and healing or promote disease and disability. We help you sort out fact from fiction and interpret research so that you can apply the state of the art nutritional research to your life, starting today.

Many of our clients struggle with bloating, constipation, pain, and mood swings. Research shows that our stomach is interconnected to our physical and mental health. Our gut optimization program helps you understand your microbiome and what you can do to improve your health day after day, one step at a time.

Our hormones are directly influenced by the foods we eat. Similar programs to the WHOLE Health method have been able to reduce hot flashes and menopausal symptoms by 84% within 12 weeks.

IBS symptoms are often related to our stress levels. Even when our diet is perfectly in line with optimal gut health, we will still have motility changes during high stress interactions. Josh shares his knowledge after 10 years of Yoga Practice and how these practices can support your healing journey.
